Jenny Fitzpatrick has been named Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Midlands area. Jenny won the £3,000 first prize at the South of England and The Midlands final of the Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, supported across the country by Shell UK.
"The Fine Food Store couldn't have come this far in our first year without the support of our customers, other local businesses and most importantly the team. The competition allowed us the opportunity to meet a wide variety of inspiring professionals as well as other young entrepreneurs from London, the South West and The Midlands" said an extremely happy Jenny.
Jenny's business, "The Fine Food Store", has updated the traditional delicatessen by retailing speciality fine foods, and combining this with a modern coffee shop. Jennifer provides a range of 20 different UK speciality fine foods, including: cheeses, sauces, dressings and relishes. The coffee shop serves a wide range of coffees, and the combination of cosmopolitan European living and traditional rural fayre has proved to be very successful with fine food connoisseurs, shoppers, office workers and tourists.
