Rita comes from Gyor in Hungary and heads up the kitchen of the Stamford branch... creating a range of culinary delights for the coffee shop.
Susan, also renowned for her smile has worked with us from the beginning at the Stamford branch. She has bought with her a wealth of knowledge of Spanish food having lived over there with her family.
Caz also helps us on a Saturday, whilst completing her GCSE's at Stamford High School.
It is a little known fact that when Lynne isn't working at the shop, ruling the kitchen she is studying for a degree at Nottingham Trent University.
Whilst studying to become a lawyer Nina helps us on a Saturday.
Betty Warner affectionately known as Granny amongst the team has been baking cakes for the Stamford branch from day one.
